“A New Haven” explores how four people deal very differently with an epidemic spreading rapidly in their community. Lauren has caught the illness, slowly consuming her and transforming her into something bizarre and dangerous. Paul her husband, takes care of her, keeping Laurens condition a secret, hiding her from their friends and ignoring the problem all together. While Roger, his best friend, becomes more and more paranoid about catching it. He gives into the mob mentality, raging war against anyone who has it. And Fran worries about Lauren, who is missing and suspects Paul of foul play. This film explores how each character’s behavior affects the other person.
